Every noodle dish starts with dough pulled to order. Choose your noodle style: thin, medium, or wide pappardelle-cut. All available in mild, medium, or hot.
Our broths simmer for a minimum of 12 hours. Served with your choice of hand-pulled noodles or without.
For those who prefer rice over noodles — all served with steamed jasmine rice.
